Clam macadamia puffs

Ingredients

6ouncesCream cheese, softened
1can(6.5 oz) can minced clams; drained
1teaspoonScallion; minced
½cupMacadamia nuts; chopped
Salt to taste
1pinchCayenne pepper
¾teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
20Saltine crackers
1tablespoonMacadamia nuts; ground
1teaspoonPaprika

Directions

Whip cream cheese thoroughly. Add clams; mix well. Add scallions, chopped nuts, salt, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce; whip again.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Preheat oven to 300 F.

Pile clam mixture generously ontio crackers. Sprinkle with ground macadamia nuts and paprika. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot.
