Ingredients

4tablespoonsOnion, diced
2eachesPotato, small, diced
1cupWater
1teaspoonSalt or to taste
¼teaspoonPepper
16ouncesClams, minced, undrained
2cupsMilk
2tablespoonsButter

Directions

Cook bacon in skilled until crisp. Drain. Saute onion in bacon grease until tender. Cook potato in water, salt and pepper until tender. Stir in clams, milk, butter, and onion. Simmer for 3 minutes.
