Cizek & reid's first prize one-shot chili

3 tablespoons Paprika
1 tablespoon Onion; powdered
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons Cumin
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon White pepper
8 tablespoons Chili powder; fresh
2 \N Bouillon cubes; chicken
8 ounces Tomato sauce
8 ounces Chicken broth
1⅔ ounce Green Chili peppers; canned
\N \N Whole
2 \N Onions; brown
\N \N Finely chopped
4 cups Water
4 pounds London broil; cut
\N \N Into cubes

Brown meat, drain and set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a suitable pot, add browned meat and simmer uncovered over low heat at least three hours. Converted to MM format by Karen Adler - FNGP13B.
