Cinnamon-apple breakfast quesadilla

| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon-sugar, divided |
| 2 | tablespoons | Vanilla yogurt (optional) |
| ½ | cup | Chunky applesauce, divided |
| ¼ | cup | Shredded Monterey Jack |

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Place one tortilla on ungreased baking sheet. Spread half applesauce over tortilla; reserve half for garnish. Sprinkle half of cinnamon-sugar over applesauce. Top with cheese and second tortilla. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar on top.
