Chocolate tofu nutritional shake

1cupSilken Tofu, drained
2Bananas, broken into chunks
4tablespoonsInstant cocoa mix powder
2tablespoonsHoney
1tablespoonWheat germ

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender, « at a time; whirl until smooth and creamy. Serve cold. Wonderful as a complete protein breakfast drink or for snack any time.

Any fresh fruit in season such as berries, cantaloupe or papaya can be substituted for the chocolate flavor.

Pour into tall glasses, sprinkle with nutmeg.
