Chocolate mousse #9

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Squares (1-oz) semisweet chocolate; chopped coarsely
2 tablespoons Powdered egg white
¼ cup Plus
2 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Sugar
1½ cup Whipping cream; whipped

Beat powdered egg white and water in a large bowl at high speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.

Stir one-fourth of whipped cream into melted chocolate; stir into egg white mixture. Fold in remaining whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate at least MM-RECIPES@...
