Chocolate mousse #06

Measure Ingredient
6 ounces Semisweet chocolate chips
5 tablespoons Boiling water
4 \N Eggs; separated
2 tablespoons Grand marnier
1 dash Cream of tartar

From: olliver@... (Don & Joan Olliver) Date: 15 Nov 1994 23:00:19 -0500 Here's a great recipe for Chocolate Mousse and it's fast! Chop chocolate chips in blender on high 6 seconds. Add boiling water and blend 10 seconds. Add yolks and Grand Marnier and blend until smooth, about 3 seconds. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar in medium bowl until stiff but not dry. Gently fold into chocolate mixture. Divide among dessert dishes. Cover with plastic. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
