Chocolate mint pie

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
18 \N Chocolate sandwich cookies
\N \N Finely crushed
3 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 quart Mint chocolate chip ice
\N \N Cream, softened
1 cup Whipped cream
8 \N Chocolate covered mint candy

Mix together cookie crumbs and butter: Press into 9" pie plate to make crust. Freeze 1 hour. Spread Ice Cream iun an even layer. Freeze 8 hours. Spoon whipped cream over top: Garnish with candies. Serve Immediately.
