Chocolate chip 100% whole wheat bread

Measure Ingredient
1½ teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Powdered milk
1½ tablespoon Cooking oil
4 tablespoons Chocolate syrup
1 \N Envelope rapid rising yeast
1⅛ cup HOT tap water
3 cups 100% whole wheat flour
½ cup Chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate, your choice)
\N \N Grated zest of one orange

Chocolate Chip 100% Whole Wheat Bread Put all ingredients except chocolate chips into the bread maker in the order listed. Run the machine as if making raisin bread ("MIX BREAD" setting on Hitachi and Regal machines). At the point where you'd add the raisins to the dough, add the chocolate chips.
