Chocolate buttermilk icing

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Margarine |
| 3 | tablespoons | Cocoa |
| ⅓ | cup | Water |
| 2 | tablespoons | Buttermilk Powder |
| 3½ | cup | Powdered Sugar, sifted |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1 | cup | Nuts, chopped (optional) |
Directions
Combine margarine, cocoa and water in a saucepan and heat until margarine and cocoa are melted. Stir in buttermilk powder and bring to a rapid boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts (if desired). Stir until consistency is smooth.
Spread frosting on slightly warm cake or brownies.
