1 \N | Sq. bittersweet chocolate melted |
Chop each of three squares of chocolate into 16 pieces. Place 4 chunks into bottom of each tart shell. Whisk together brown sugar, corn syrup, egg, butter, vanilla, vinegar, and salt. Spoon into tart shells, filling three-quarters full. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-14 minutes, or until filling is puffed and bubbly and pastry is light golden. Let cool on racks. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
