Ingredients

1teaspoonBaking soda
½teaspoonSalt
2Sticks (1 Cup) unsalted butter, softened
½cup(packed) light brown sugar
½cupGranulated sugar
1tablespoonHoney
2largesEggs
2teaspoonsVanilla extract
6ouncesSemisweet chocolate chips (about 1 Cup)
6ouncesMilk chocolate chips (about 1 Cup)
6ouncesWhite chocolate chips (about 1 Cup)
3ouncesPeanut butter chips (about 1/2 Cup)

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. In a medium bowl, cream the butter, sugar and honey. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the vanilla. Stir in the flour mixture and all of the chips. Stir just until blended. Don't over mix. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoon 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
