China king's chicken delight

Ingredients

| 16 | ounces | Chicken breast thinly sliced |
| 1 | small | Bunch broccoli |
| 1 | cup | Chinese napa or grenn cabbage |
| 1 | small | Sliced carrot |
| 2 | ounces | Snowpeas |
| 2 | cups | Sliced mushrooms |
| ½ | cup | Bamboo shoots |
| ½ | cup | Water chestnuts |
| 1 | cup | Cooked asparagus tips |
| 1 | Clove crushed garlic | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Sugar |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Pepper |
| 1 | dash | Cooking wine |
| 3 | tablespoons | Oyster sauce |
Directions
Boil chicken until well done. Boil veggies separately and drain. Fry garlic in 1 tsp. vegetable oil. Add chicken and 2 cups chicken broth or water. Add remaining seasonings and corn starch to thicken sauce.
