Chilled clam bisque

Ingredients

| 6½ | ounce | Can minced clams, undrained |
| 1 | cup | Light cream |
| ½ | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 4 | dashes | Tabasco sauce Salt to taste Chopped chives Paprika to taste |
Directions
Blend clams and liquid at high speed until smooth. Add cream, Worcestershire, Tabasco and salt; blend until well mixed. Transfer to large bowl. Refrigerate until well chilled. Before serving, sprinkle with chives and paprika.
