Chili with pumpkin

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Water
1 can Tomato; crushed, (28 oz)
3 cans Red Kidney Beans; (16 oz)
1 can Solid pack Pumpkin; (16 oz)
1 cup Onion; Chopped
1 cup Red Bell Pepper; Chopped
1 cup Bulgur wheat; uncooked
1 cup Green chilies; chopped
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Salt

Drain and rinse the beans. Put all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 35 min.
