Sauteed chicken in pumpkin chili puree

Ingredients

| Into 1/2\" Wide Strips | ||
| 1½ | tablespoon | Pumpkin Seeds, Toasted |
| 1 | Chile pepper | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Almonds, toasted |
| 1 | tablespoon | Peanut oil |
Directions
Combine the peanut oil, toasted pumpkin seeds, toasted almonds and the chili pepper in a blender. Puree thoroughly to form a very fine grained mixture. Saute the chicken strips in the pumpkin seed puree until cooked to your liking. Serve.
