Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Bulk mild italian sausage
1 pounds Ground chuck
1 large Yellow onion; diced
2 Garlic cloves; minced
1½ tablespoon Chili powder
6 ounces Tomato paste
1½ cup Water
1 tablespoon Instant coffee
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Cumin

Brown sausage, ground meat, onion, and garlic in a pot. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, cover, and simmer 1¼ hours. Top with grated Monterey Jack cheese and finely chopped scallions. Serve over spaghetti or noodles or just eat with crackers.
