|3 tablespoons||Mustard; prepared|
|16 ounces||Hot dogs|
|2 cans||Chili; 15 oz each or 4 cups homemade chili|
|½ cup||Cheddar; shredded|
Preheat oven to 425. Grease a 13 x 9 pan. Combine bisquick, mustard and water in small mixing bowl. With fingertips dipped in baking mix, press dough into bottom and up sides of prepared dish; set aside.
Quarter hot dogs by cutting in half lengthwise and again crosswise.
