1teaspoonChile powder
¼teaspoonCumin
2tablespoonsChpoped pimiento
4tablespoonsChopped green anaheim chiles
1Serrano chile; seeded and finely chopped

From: arielle@... (Stephanie da Silva) Date: Mon, 8 Nov 1993 12:57:55 GMT From a pamplet I got from Shepard's seeds. Place all ingredients in a heavy saucepan; stir to blend. Cover and cook the mixture over low heat for 30 minutes, adding an additional ¼ cup water if necessary. Uncover and continue cooking for about 25 minutes or just until the mixture is thickend, stirring frequently. Serve cold.
