|4 \N||Chicken breasts; (up to 8)|
|\N \N||Salt and pepper|
|\N \N||Garlic powder|
|1 can||(large) of mushrooms; drained|
|1 can||(large) of artichokes; halved and drained|
|¼ cup||White wine|
|1 \N||Squeezed lemon juice|
Shake the chicken in a bag containing small amounts of flour, salt and pepper, rosemary and garlic powder. Brown the chicken in butter for approximately 15 min.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes, until tender. Serve on rice.
NOTE: The mushrooms and artichokes cook down and constitutes gravy to be spooned over all. Good company fare.
