Chicken raphael

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Chicken breasts; (up to 8)
\N \N Flour
\N \N Salt and pepper
\N \N Rosemary
\N \N Garlic powder
½ pounds Butter
1 can (large) of mushrooms; drained
1 can (large) of artichokes; halved and drained
¼ cup White wine
1 \N Squeezed lemon juice

ADD

Shake the chicken in a bag containing small amounts of flour, salt and pepper, rosemary and garlic powder. Brown the chicken in butter for approximately 15 min.

Add remaining ingredients.

Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes, until tender. Serve on rice.

NOTE: The mushrooms and artichokes cook down and constitutes gravy to be spooned over all. Good company fare.
