6 ounces Tomato Paste

¼ cup Dry White Cooking Wine
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¾ cup Chicken Stock
1 \N Bay Leaf
⅛ teaspoon Sweet Marjoram
1 cup Mushrooms -- sliced

Saute chicken in olive oil, green onions and garlic. Mix together the remaining ingredients for the sauce. Simmer chicken in sauce 1 hour covered. Serve with cooked linguini, rice or potatoes or other pasta Recipe By :
