Chicken breasts with curried peppers

Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
| 1 | clove | Garlic; crushed |
| 1 | teaspoon | Curry powder |
| 4 | eaches | Chicken breast halves; skinned and boned |
| ½ | cup | Dry white wine |
| ½ | cup | Pitted prunes |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | medium | Sweet red pepper; cut into strips |
| 1 | medium | Green pepper; cut in strips |
Directions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; stir in garlic and curry powder. Add chicken, and cook 5 minutes on each side. Add wine, prunes, salt, and pepper; cover and simmer over low heat 15 to 20 minutes. Remove chicken to a serving platter; keep warm.
