Combine ¼ cup flour, ½ tsp. salt & ¼ tsp. pepper. Coat 1½ lb skinned boneless chicken breasts with seasoned flour. Saute' in 3 Tbls. oil in large skillet. Remove chicken from skillet. Saute' 1 sliced small onion, 1 small sliced green pepper, 1 cup sliced zucchini & 1 cup fresh mushrooms in 2 Tbls. oil. Return chicken to skillet. Arrange vegetables over top. Combine 1 ⅔ cups (15oz) Italian Style Tomato Sauce, 1 crushed garlic clove, ½ tsp. oregano leaves & ½ tsp. dried rosemary. Pour over chicken. Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat, cover & boil gently for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Serve over pasta or rice.
