Chicken apple saute

Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
| 1 | pounds | Chicken, skinned, boned and cut into strips |
| 1 | medium | Green pepper, sliced lengthwise |
| 1 | medium | Onion, sliced lengthwise |
| 1 | cup | Diagonally sliced celery |
| 1 | Golden Delicious apple, cored and sliced | |
| ½ | cup | Apple juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | White vinegar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Soy sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch |
Directions
Heat oil in non-stick skillet or wok. Saute chicken until no longer pink; remove from pan. Saute green pepper, onion and celery until tender-crisp.
Return chicken to pan; add apple and cook for 1 minute. Combine remaining ingredients; add to apple mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
