1 pounds | Chicken, skinned, boned and cut into strips |
1 medium | Green pepper, sliced lengthwise |
1 medium | Onion, sliced lengthwise |
1 cup | Diagonally sliced celery |
1 \N | Golden Delicious apple, cored and sliced |
½ cup | Apple juice |
1 tablespoon | White vinegar |
2 teaspoons | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | Cornstarch |
Heat oil in non-stick skillet or wok. Saute chicken until no longer pink; remove from pan. Saute green pepper, onion and celery until tender-crisp.
Return chicken to pan; add apple and cook for 1 minute. Combine remaining ingredients; add to apple mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
