Measure Ingredient
2 packs Cornbread mix
1 \N Dozen raw eggs
\N \N Chopped onion to taste
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste
\N \N Celery to taste
6 teaspoons Poultry seasoning
3 teaspoons Sage
2 \N Chickens cooked & deboned

Bake cornbread mix according to pk directions. Cool. Crumble up cornbread, add eggs, chopped onion & celery to taste, salt & pepper to taste. Add poultry seasoning & sage. Add chicken & pour ½ of chicken broth over cornbread mixture. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
