Yield: 2 servings
|2 cups||Chopped cooked chicken|
|2||Bamboo shoots, cut in very thin srips|
|2 smalls||Carrots, finely chopped|
|¼ cup||Soy sauce|
|3 cups||Chicken stock|
Combine chicken, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, carrots, egg, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sguar. Mix well and form into balls. Bring stock, ¼ cup soy sauce and remaining sugar to a boil. Drop chicken balls into boiling stock; reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes and serve.
