Chestnut meatballs

Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Bread crumbs; soft |
| ½ | pounds | Pork sausage; bulk |
| ½ | pounds | Groundbeef |
| 8 | ounces | Water chestnuts; chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Onion powder |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| 9 | ounces | Sweet & sour sauce |
Directions
Combine all ingredients excedpt sweet & sour sauce; mix well and shape into 1 inch balls. Place in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish; bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Drain meatballs and return to baking dish. Add sauce; stir lightly to coat meatballs. Bake meatballs and sauce an additional 15 minutes. Yield: 3 dozen.
