|½ pounds||Chicken breasts; cut into strips|
|1||Clove garlic; minced|
|1 medium||Green or red pepper; cut into strips|
|½ cup||Sliced onion|
|6||6-inch flour tortillas; warmed|
|1½ cup||Cheddar & Monterey Jack Mexican Style Shredded cheese|
|Thick and Chunky Salsa; (Taco Bell brand recommended)|
Directions: Spray skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken and garlic. Cook on medium high heat 5 minutes. Add green pepper and onion.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender crisp. Place ¼ cup chicken mixture and ¼ cup cheese on center of each tortilla. Serve with salsa. Makes 6 servings.
