Cheesy chicken breasts

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Whole chicken breasts; split and skinned
2 ounces Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
1 \N Egg; beaten
¼ cup Fine bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Parsley
1 teaspoon Chicken bouillon
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper

Cut slit in chicken breast. Cut cheese into strips and put inside slit in chicken breast. Secure with toothpick. Place, bone side down, in baking dish. Brush chicken with egg. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over chicken. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes or until tender.
