Measure | Ingredient |

4 \N | Whole chicken breasts; split and skinned |
2 ounces | Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese |
1 \N | Egg; beaten |
¼ cup | Fine bread crumbs |
1 tablespoon | Parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon | Parsley |
1 teaspoon | Chicken bouillon |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
1 dash | Pepper |
Cut slit in chicken breast. Cut cheese into strips and put inside slit in chicken breast. Secure with toothpick. Place, bone side down, in baking dish. Brush chicken with egg. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over chicken. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes or until tender.
