Cheesy chicken breasts

4Whole chicken breasts; split and skinned
2ouncesMonterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
1Egg; beaten
¼cupFine bread crumbs
1tablespoonParmesan cheese
1teaspoonParsley
1teaspoonChicken bouillon
¼teaspoonSalt
1dashPepper

Directions

Cut slit in chicken breast. Cut cheese into strips and put inside slit in chicken breast. Secure with toothpick. Place, bone side down, in baking dish. Brush chicken with egg. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over chicken. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes or until tender.
