19-inch graham cracker crust
28-ounce bars Lucerne fat free cream cheese
2tablespoonsFlour
¼cupLucerne 2% milk
2Eggs
½cupSugar
2teaspoonsLemon juice
1teaspoonVanilla
½cupLucerne low fat sour cream
teaspoonSugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using mixer on low speed, combine flour and milk. Add cream cheese. Increase speed to medium, add eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Pour into graham cracker crust.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is set. Remove from oven, gently spread topping* on cake, return to oven. Turn off oven and crack door. Leave cake in oven to cool. Refrigerate before serving.

* To make topping: in a small bowl, combine the sour cream and sugar.
