|¼ cup||Butter or margarine; melted|
|2 cups||Semi sweet chocolate chips|
|1 tablespoon||All purpose flour|
|2 packs||(large) Neufchatel cheese|
|1 tablespoon||Sweet Marsala or sweet Shery|
Date: Sun, 25 Feb 1996 00:00:24 GMT Blend cookies to make fine crumbs. Pour into cheesecake pan with rmovable rim. Add butter, mix well, press crumbs into pan bottom and about 1 in. up pan sides set aside. Blend chocolate chips, ground chocolate, sugar, and flour. Add cheese and then eggs, vanilla and marsala. Beat until well mixed Scatter ½ remaining chocolate into crustPour cheesecake batter into pan.
Spread batter level. Sprinkle remaing chocolate over batter. Bake 300 until cake jiggle slightly in center. Let cool and chill until cool. makes 16 servings
