Cheesecake supreme #2

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Golden Grahams Cereal
¼ cup Wonderslim
2 cartons (12-oz) fat free cream cheese
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon extract
1 tablespoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 pack Fat free tofu
¾ cup Water
2 tablespoons Flour

I served it to a group of VLF and SAD people who all raved. Blend 2 cups of Golden Grahams Cereal. In a bowl, mix with ¼ cup Wonderslim. Press into 9" cake pan. Bake at 325 for 5 minutes. Blend 2 containers of 12 oz fat free cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, 1 T lemon extract, 1 T vanilla, 1 T vinegar, 1 pkg fat free tofu, ¾ c.

water and 2 T flour. When smooth, pour on crust. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then 250 for an hour. Cool and top. I made a topping using a pint of blueberries, about a quarter cup of water and a sprinkling of sugar: I cooked it just until the "sauce" started to thicken. Delish! Kristina fatfree digest V96 #211
