|3 ounces||Cream cheese, room|
|½ cup||(1 stick) unsalted butter,|
|¼ cup||Freshly grated Parmesan|
|11½ cup||All-purpose flour|
Combine the cream cheese, butter and salt in a large bowl or in a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Mix or process until smooth.
Add the Parmesan cheese and flour and mix to combine. Gather the dough into a ball, flatten to a disc and wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before rolling.
