Cheese bread - butter busters ^

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Sifted all purpose flour or bread flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Lit salt, optional
1 each Tb sugar*
¼ cup Liquid Butter Buds or Promise Ultra fatfree margarine
1 cup Grated nonfat Cheddar cheese
1 each Tb grated onion
1½ teaspoon Dillweed
¾ cup Skim milk
¼ cup Egg Beaters, beaten

*Or 2 teaspoons sugar and 1 packet Sweet 'n Low Preheat oven to 350.

Spray a 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan with a nonstick spray. Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and lit salt into a bowl. Stir in liquid Butter Buds, cheese, onion and dillweed. Combine skim milk and Egg Beater and add to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. Turn into prepared loaf pan. Bake 40-45 minutes. Turn out on wire rack. Serve warm if desired. Per sugar serving: (slice) 113 cal., 0.6g fat (5%), 2mg chol., 1g fiber, 7g pro., 19g carb., 171mg sod. Per S&L serving: 111 cal., 18.4g carb.
