Chaat powder

Yield: 1 tablespoon

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Mango (amchoor) powder
¼ teaspoon Cumin seeds toasted and ground
¼ teaspoon Ground ginger
¼ teaspoon Black salt *
½ teaspoon Asafoetida powder
\N \N Black pepper
1 dash Cayenne

* this is an essential ingredient and there is no substitute Combine all ingredients. Grind to a fine powder. Store in an airtight container.
