Tandoori chicken chaat

2 \N Tandoori chickens; shredded
1 tablespoon Lemon juice; (15 ml.)
\N \N Salt to taste
½ teaspoon Chilli powder; (2 g.)
1 tablespoon Oil; (15 ml.)
½ cup Raw green mango; (100 g.)
½ cup Onions; sliced fine (100
\N \N ; g.)
2 teaspoons Green chillies; chopped (10 g.)
40 grams Coriander leaves; chopped
2 teaspoons Chaat masala; (10 g.)
1 teaspoon Ginger; julienned (5 g.)

PREPARE a lemon dressing by mixing together the lemon juice with salt, chilli powder and oil. Keep aside.

Cut the raw mango into strips. Mix the raw mango, onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, chaat masala, the shredded chicken and the lemon dressing well. Remove to a serving bowl and serve immediately, garnished with chopped ginger.
