|1 medium||Size fresh cauliflower or|
|2 packs||Frozen cauliflower|
|2||Hard-cooked eggs; chopped|
|2 teaspoons||Minced parsley|
|2 tablespoons||Dry bread crumbs|
Remove the leaves of the fresh cauliflower and wash cauliflower thoroughly.
Cook in boiling water (salted) 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain, or cook the frozen cauliflower as package directs; drain well. Melt butter; stir in eggs, parsley and bread crumbs. Spoon over the cauliflower. Serves 4 to 6.
