Cauliflower butter casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 medium Size fresh cauliflower or
2 packs Frozen cauliflower
6 tablespoons Butter
2 Hard-cooked eggs; chopped
2 teaspoons Minced parsley
2 tablespoons Dry bread crumbs

Remove the leaves of the fresh cauliflower and wash cauliflower thoroughly.

Cook in boiling water (salted) 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain, or cook the frozen cauliflower as package directs; drain well. Melt butter; stir in eggs, parsley and bread crumbs. Spoon over the cauliflower. Serves 4 to 6.
