Cajun dressing for turkey - slc

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Hot bulk pork sausage
1 small Onion; chopped
1 small Green pepper; chopped
each Stalks celery; chopped
1 each 1.15 ounce envelope instant chicken noodle soup mix
1 cup Uncooked long-grain rice
3 cups ;water

Directions

Brown sausage in a Dutch oven, stirring to crumble; drain. Add remaining ingredients, and stir well. Place mixture in a lightly greased 12" x 8" x 2" baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour until moisture is absorbed. Yield: 8 servings.
