Cajun dressing for turkey - slc

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Hot bulk pork sausage |
1 | small | Onion; chopped |
1 | small | Green pepper; chopped |
1½ | each | Stalks celery; chopped |
1 | each | 1.15 ounce envelope instant chicken noodle soup mix |
1 | cup | Uncooked long-grain rice |
3 | cups | ;water |
Directions
Brown sausage in a Dutch oven, stirring to crumble; drain. Add remaining ingredients, and stir well. Place mixture in a lightly greased 12" x 8" x 2" baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour until moisture is absorbed. Yield: 8 servings.
