|1 pounds||Hot bulk pork sausage|
|1 small||Onion; chopped|
|1 small||Green pepper; chopped|
|1½ each||Stalks celery; chopped|
|1 each||1.15 ounce envelope instant chicken noodle soup mix|
|1 cup||Uncooked long-grain rice|
Brown sausage in a Dutch oven, stirring to crumble; drain. Add remaining ingredients, and stir well. Place mixture in a lightly greased 12" x 8" x 2" baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour until moisture is absorbed. Yield: 8 servings.
