Cajun dressing for turkey - slc

Ingredients

1poundsHot bulk pork sausage
1smallOnion; chopped
1smallGreen pepper; chopped
eachStalks celery; chopped
1each1.15 ounce envelope instant chicken noodle soup mix
1cupUncooked long-grain rice
3cups;water

Directions

Brown sausage in a Dutch oven, stirring to crumble; drain. Add remaining ingredients, and stir well. Place mixture in a lightly greased 12" x 8" x 2" baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour until moisture is absorbed. Yield: 8 servings.
