Brown sugar glaze

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Brown sugar, packed
½ teaspoon Mustard, dry
1 tablespoon Vinegar

Yields ¾ cup for use on baked ham.

Mix together ingredients. 30 minutes before ham is done, pour off drippings. Score surface in criss- cross fashion - brush glaze and continue baking.
