Brown and white bread, melody's (gluten free)

Yield: 14 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N --1 1/2 lb. loaf:
2¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast; 1 packet
1 cup Brown rice flour
2 cups White rice flour
3½ teaspoon Xanthan gum
2 teaspoons Sugar
¼ cup Sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
1⅓ cup Nonfat dry milk powder
¼ cup Butter or margarine; melted
2 larges Eggs; well beaten
1¾ cup Warm water

1) Place all ingredients, except the warm water, in bread pan and press start. While the machine is kneading, gradually pour in the water. If the dough does not mix well, use a rubber spatula it occasionally.

2) After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on wire rack , and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
