Broccoli-shrimp crisp

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Shrimp; cooked |
| 10 | ounces | Broccoli spears |
| 1 | can | Soup, cream of mushroom |
| ¼ | cup | Milk; or water |
| ½ | cup | Cheese, American; shredded |
| 1 | cup | Breadcrumbs; toasted |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter; melted |
| 2 | Eggs; hard-cooked, sliced | |
Directions
Peel, devein, and cut shrimp in half. Cook broccoli, according to package directions, just under tender. Heat soup in saucepan with milk; stir until smooth. Stir in shrimp. Arrange layers of broccoli, soup mixture, and cheese in a baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs and spoon melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Just before serving, slice hard-cooked eggs and arrange over casserole.
