Broccoli-shrimp crisp

1cupShrimp; cooked
10ouncesBroccoli spears
1canSoup, cream of mushroom
¼cupMilk; or water
½cupCheese, American; shredded
1cupBreadcrumbs; toasted
2tablespoonsButter; melted
2Eggs; hard-cooked, sliced

Directions

Peel, devein, and cut shrimp in half. Cook broccoli, according to package directions, just under tender. Heat soup in saucepan with milk; stir until smooth. Stir in shrimp. Arrange layers of broccoli, soup mixture, and cheese in a baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs and spoon melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Just before serving, slice hard-cooked eggs and arrange over casserole.
