Broccoli-shrimp crisp

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Shrimp; cooked
10 ounces Broccoli spears
1 can Soup, cream of mushroom
¼ cup Milk; or water
½ cup Cheese, American; shredded
1 cup Breadcrumbs; toasted
2 tablespoons Butter; melted
2 Eggs; hard-cooked, sliced

Peel, devein, and cut shrimp in half. Cook broccoli, according to package directions, just under tender. Heat soup in saucepan with milk; stir until smooth. Stir in shrimp. Arrange layers of broccoli, soup mixture, and cheese in a baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs and spoon melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Just before serving, slice hard-cooked eggs and arrange over casserole.
