Broccoli kugel

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Frozen broccoli; (chopped)
1 Rich Whip Pareve Heavy cream
4 Eggs
4 tablespoons Bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Mushroom soup powder

Defrost and drain the broccoli well.

Beat the eggs. Add the rest, mix well and add to broccoli mixture.

Pour into greased baking pan or lined muffin tins and bake until golden on top (approximately ½ hour) in a moderate oven.
