Broccoli kugel

1packFrozen broccoli; (chopped)
1Rich Whip Pareve Heavy cream
4Eggs
4tablespoonsBread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
2tablespoonsMushroom soup powder

Defrost and drain the broccoli well.

Beat the eggs. Add the rest, mix well and add to broccoli mixture.

Pour into greased baking pan or lined muffin tins and bake until golden on top (approximately ½ hour) in a moderate oven.
