1 can | Broccoli cheese soup |
1 can | Cream of chicken soup |
¾ cup | Water |
1½ cup | Minute rice |
2 cups | Broccoli, florets |
1 each | Red & yellow peppers,thin |
Cube chicken breasts. In frying pan, brown chicken in hot oil. In large bowl combine soups and water. Add to chicken, bring to a boil.
Add rice. Cover, simmer 5 minutes. Add broccoli and peppers, simmer, uncovered 5 minutes until vegetables are tender crisp.
