Broccoli cheese rice with chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ pounds Bone/skinless chicken breast
2 teaspoons Oil
1 can Broccoli cheese soup
1 can Cream of chicken soup
¾ cup Water
1½ cup Minute rice
2 cups Broccoli, florets
1 each Red & yellow peppers,thin

Cube chicken breasts. In frying pan, brown chicken in hot oil. In large bowl combine soups and water. Add to chicken, bring to a boil.

Add rice. Cover, simmer 5 minutes. Add broccoli and peppers, simmer, uncovered 5 minutes until vegetables are tender crisp.
