Brisket and beer

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 6-Lb Brisket Of Beef
1 \N Bottle Light Beer
1 \N Bottle Chili Sauce
1 pack Onion Soup Mix
1 \N Clove Garlic; minced
\N \N Salt And Pepper

Rub salt, pepper and garlic into beef. Brown under broiler. add rest of ingredients and cover. Bake at 350° for 3 hours. Turn twice while cooking.

Chill and slice thin.
