| 2 | Oranges, peeled & sliced | |
| 2 | Bananas peeled & sliced thin | |
| 1 | small | Can Mandarin Oranges |

| 2 | Egg whites | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Thinly sliced almonds |
| 1 | tablespoon | Rum |
Directions

Beat the eggwhites with the sugar until very stiff. Arrange all the fruits and the almonds into 4 ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle the rum over each dish and heap the eggwhite mixture ontop of the fruit. Broil for a couple of minutes until the eggwhite/meringue is firm.
