Brenda's california coleslaw

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 small Head of cabbage; shredded
1 small White onion; chopped
1 \N Green pepper; chopped
1 \N Red pepper; chopped
1 small Carrot; grated
3 tablespoons Minced parsley
½ cup Cider vinegar
3 tablespoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon White pepper
½ cup Salad oil



1. Combine all salad ingredients; toss to mix.

2. Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar or shaker. Shake to blend well.

3. Pour mixed dressing over salad. Cover and chill.
