Boneless texas ribs

Ingredients

6Boneless pork loin chops; 1/2\" thick, ( I use breakfast chops with bone in)
½teaspoonOnion powder
½teaspoonCelery salt
¼teaspoonBlack pepper
¼teaspoonCumin powder

Directions

Trim fat if there is any. Combine the spices and rub into the meat on all sides. Let the meat sit for 5 minutes. Preheat the machine for 5 minutes.

Close the lid; and grill for 6-7 minutes. Don't overcook.
