Boneless texas ribs

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Boneless pork loin chops; 1/2\" thick, ( I use breakfast chops with bone in)
½ teaspoon Onion powder
½ teaspoon Celery salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
¼ teaspoon Cumin powder

Trim fat if there is any. Combine the spices and rub into the meat on all sides. Let the meat sit for 5 minutes. Preheat the machine for 5 minutes.

Close the lid; and grill for 6-7 minutes. Don't overcook.
