|6 \N||Boneless pork loin chops; 1/2\" thick, ( I use breakfast chops with bone in)|
|½ teaspoon||Onion powder|
|½ teaspoon||Celery salt|
|¼ teaspoon||Black pepper|
|¼ teaspoon||Cumin powder|
Trim fat if there is any. Combine the spices and rub into the meat on all sides. Let the meat sit for 5 minutes. Preheat the machine for 5 minutes.
Close the lid; and grill for 6-7 minutes. Don't overcook.
