Bok choy stir fry

| 1 | cup | Bok Choy |
| 1 | cup | Bean sprouts |
| 1 | cup | Snow Peas |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cornstarch |
| 2 | teaspoons | Chicken bouillon powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Water |
Directions
Heat oil in wok or fry pan. Add salt, bok choy, bean sprouts and snow peas Stir fry 5-7 min. Mix cornstarch, bouillon powder and sugar to-gether well and add to vegetables. Stir fry until glazed and thickened.
