|6 mediums||Potatoes, peeled & quartered|
|⅓ cup||Butter or margarine|
|¼ cup||Finely chopped parsley|

2. Add salt and heat, covered, in Microwave Oven, 20 minutes or until fork-tender, Drain.
3. Add butter and parsley.
4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven, 2 minutes, Toss to combine thoroughly.
